LSU O'Rourke Fig Tree

LSU O'Rourke is a beautiful and delicious fig tree that came out of the LSU breeding program.  It has a nice dark skin and a nice tan to red interior.  It has celeste in it's lineage but much sweeter and rich in flavor.  It was named after Dr. Ed O'Rourke who founded the fig program at Louisiana State University. It's like a celeste but twice the size and sweeter, which makes it a go-to variety for anyone living on the east coast and southeast of the US due to it's resilience in humid conditions and
