Peter's Honey Fig Tree

Probably one of the sweetest honey figs out there that has made it to a lot of mainstream markets.  I really love this variety and think it's a must have in every garden if you don't already have a honey type fig.  It is extremely prolific and is of a few varieties of figs that will produce multiple figs on one node and it will load up with fruit.  When it ripens it its skin becomes a light green and almost yellow with an ivory to amber pulp that tastes like agave nectar.  It's one of my favorite figs to have with my coffee in the morning!
