Adriatic Type Figs

Green exteriors with rich red pulp interiors.  Flavors of strawberry and honey.  Perfect in a variety of climates ranging with high humidity tolerance to cold weather tolerance.  These figs have it all and more.  Many are floored by the appearance of this fruit due to the contrast of colors between the skin and the pulp and it has a wonderful complexity to its flavor that combines fruit and honey all into one package.  The Adriatic Type Fig is my personal favorite variety.
